Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Service Writer/Customer Service representative located in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their service needs and concerns, providing professional recommendations, offering accurate cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The role also involves managing service schedules, maintaining records, and effectively communicating with both customers and the service team.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and effective Phone EtiquetteExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with customers and service staffProficiency in Computer Literacy to manage service records, schedules, and digital toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of the automotive industry or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
