The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paint colors accurately, and applying finishes to automotive parts to ensure a high-quality appearance. The role requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced bodywork environment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning Mix paints and match colors to specifications Apply masking to protect areas during painting Perform painting and finishing on automotive parts and bodywork Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished work Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Collaborate effectively within a small team setting Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in auto painting/ body work Expertise in automotive painting techniques Strong color matching skills Proficient in surface preparation and masking techniques Exceptional attention to detail Company Description Dents and Detail a busy and reputable auto shop specializing in Paintless Dent repair, Detailing, Paint correction, ceramic coating.
