Mid Market Sales Account Executive - Google Business Group

THE WORK:Join the elite sales team of the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) and take charge of delivering our innovative Google Cloud solutions to clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales; you'll act as a strategic consultant, guiding clients through transformative technology changes and revealing new opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you will manage the entire sales process in a dynamic environment, from prospecting and qualification to shaping solutions and negotiating deals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing. You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with client needs. Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical leads, identifying business challenges that could be met with our ready-to-deploy solutions. Create new client partnerships and drive swift sales initiatives to grow our mid-market segment. Compile and deliver impactful proposals that demonstrate the clear business value and quick returns of our offerings and Google Cloud services. Work alongside a dedicated Sales Engineer to confirm technical compatibility and expedite deal closures with our streamlined solutions. Lead an efficient sales process from initial discovery to rapid closure of deals. Maintain strong, trusted relationships with multiple client accounts and within the Google Cloud ecosystem to ensure seamless experiences across sales and service delivery. Some travel is required for this role, contingent on business needs and client demands. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:At least 8 years of professional sales experience. A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, focusing on complex cloud solutions or technology consulting. A verifiable track record of selling Google Cloud and related services, closing deals with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $500K or more. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years without a degree). For those with an associate degree, 6 years of relevant work experience is required. Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with experience managing relationships at the C-level. Expertise in managing the complete sales cycle while coordinating with cross-functional teams, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Google Cloud Professional certifications. Experience in sales to mid-market customers. Relevant industry or functional expertise.
