The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.Responsibilities include monitoring post-surgical patients, administering medications, managing pain control, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, documenting accurately in Epic EMR, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital policies. Previous charge experience is required. The RN may be asked to float to units within their skill set based on hospital needs. No on-call required.
