This role is critical to standardizing processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting high-quality, ethical care.ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipProvide strategic and day-to-day operational oversight for four behavioral health locationsEnsure consistent implementation of operational standards across all sitesServe as a key member of the executive leadership teamSOP Development & ExecutionDesign, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ensure SOPs are scalable, auditable, and aligned with regulatory requirementsTrain and hold leadership teams accountable to SOP complianceProgram & Clinical SupportPartner with clinical leadership to support 12-Step-based treatment modelsEnsure operational systems support quality patient care and outcomesRegulatory & Compliance OversightEnsure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standardsOversee audits, inspections, and quality assurance processesPeople & Performance ManagementLead and mentor site-level operational leadersEstablish KPIs and performance dashboardsFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
