The Vice President of Operations will also have full P&L responsibility, manage budgets, and lead cost-control initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 15 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, and 5-7 years in a senior leadership role. Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience are essential. An MBA degree and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of organizational goals, championing safety, quality, and sustainability, and leading a large team in a highly automated environment.
