The mission of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) is to support, strengthen, and advocate for Wisconsin’s free and charitable clinics, the patients they serve, and the communities with whom they partner. The location for this project is Madison Street Medicine (MSM) in Madison, WI. Madison Street Medicine provides street-based medical outreach and care coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Through volunteer-driven care and strong community partnerships, MSM works to improve access to healthcare and connect individuals to ongoing services that support long-term stability. MSM continues to expand its reach and is seeking to strengthen core capacity-building systems to support sustainability and growth.
