This project is located at The Crossing Medical Clinic in Manitowoc, WI, which provides free and low-cost healthcare services to uninsured and underserved individuals in Manitowoc County. This role focuses on building sustainable systems that strengthen volunteer engagement, improve resource management, and enhance clinic operations. The VISTA member will design volunteer programs, improve tracking systems, develop operational procedures, and support resource coordination efforts that allow the clinic to serve more patients effectively.
