We curate high-quality homes and pair them with elevated service—creating a more consistent, reliable alternative to traditional vacation rental platforms across 60+ destinations.We’re at an inflection point—growing quickly and focused on scaling bookings through stronger conversion, smarter marketing, and a tighter connection between demand and supply.About the JobWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the core drivers of growth at KEY—focusing on performance marketing, conversion optimization, and turning high-intent traffic into bookings.This is a hands-on, data-driven role at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, with direct ownership of revenue impact. You will partner closely with product to identify friction, run experiments, and improve how users move from search through booking.This role offers a high level of ownership and visibility, working directly with the Founder & CEO to shape growth strategy and execution.Your RolePerformance Marketing (Primary Focus)Own and manage Google Ads (Search), optimizing for ROI and bookings—not just traffic or clicksDevelop and test landing pages aligned to search intentManage budget allocation and scaling decisions based on performanceConversion OptimizationAnalyze the booking journey—from search through property pages to checkout—to identify where users drop offDevelop and run experiments to improve conversion, including messaging and landing pagesPartner closely with product to prioritize, implement, and measure changes that drive bookingsRetargeting & Mid-Funnel StrategyBuild and manage retargeting campaigns to convert engaged users into bookingsDevelop audience segmentation based on user behavior and intentLeverage audience signals (site behavior, engagement, intent) to drive more efficient conversionPartner with email agency to develop and manage lifecycle flows (post-visit, abandoned search, re-engagement) and oversee the weekly editorial series — providing direction on segmentation and messaging strategySEO (Focused & Intent-Driven)Improve performance of destination and high-intent landing pagesPartner with PR and content efforts to capture organic demandPrioritize high-conversion keywords over traffic volumeAnalytics & InsightsTrack performance across channels and user cohortsMeasure CAC, ROI, and conversion ratesReport weekly on performance, insights, and experimentsUse data to inform decisions and drive decision-makingDesign & Creative Oversight (Secondary)Partner with external agencies to ensure creative aligns with KEY’s brand standards and performance goalsProvide clear, data-informed feedback on what’s working and what needs improvementFlag inconsistencies while maintaining a bias toward speed and executionRequirements4–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing rolesStrong hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search and/or Performance Max)Familiarity with email marketing strategyProven track record of improving conversion rates—not just driving trafficAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionComfortable working across marketing, product, and analytics to drive outcomesStrong ownership mentality with a focus on measurable results and ROINice to HaveExperience in travel, marketplaces, or other high-consideration / high AOV productsFamiliarity with Meta retargeting and mid-funnel strategiesExperience with tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, or similar analytics platformsExperience with KlaviyoExposure to SEO for high-intent or destination-based contentImportant AttributesSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgencyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesClear communicator who can bridge marketing, product, and revenue goalsBrings a positive, team-first attitude and elevates those around themActively incorporates AI tools into daily workflows and is constantly exploring new ways to improve performance through AIIf you’re excited to build and scale a high-impact growth engine at a pivotal stage, we’d love to hear from you.BenefitsCompetitive base salary Open & flexible paid time off401k programHealth, dental & vision insurance (Employee premiums 95% covered)Headquartered in Austin, TX (hybrid: 3 days per week in office)
