This role is responsible for building a predictable, high-performing growth engine that drives qualified leads, lowers CAC, and accelerates revenue across our portfolio of home service brands.You’ll own the full funnel—from acquisition to conversion—and lead a team focused on paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and analytics. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn data into growth.What You’ll DoGrowth Strategy & ExecutionOwn and execute the growth marketing strategy across all digital channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, SMS, affiliates, etc.) Build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine with clear ROI and attribution Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates Performance MarketingManage and optimize paid media budgets across Google, Meta, and other platforms Develop campaign structures, creative testing frameworks, and targeting strategies Partner with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content Funnel Optimization & CROOwn the full customer journey from click to conversion Improve landing pages, booking flows, and website performance Run A/B tests and experiments to increase conversion rates Analytics & ReportingDefine and track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) Build dashboards and provide clear reporting to leadership Use data to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives Team LeadershipLead and grow a team of performance marketers and specialists Set clear KPIs, accountability, and development plans Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, operations, and sales teams Qualifications6–10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition and lead generation Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.) Experience in home services, franchising, or multi-location businesses is a strong plus Deep understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization Hands-on operator who can both strategize and execute Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience managing budgets of $1M+ annually preferred Strong leadership and team-building experience Why Join ResiBrandsHigh-impact role with direct influence on company growth Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class growth engine Competitive salary + performance incentivesIf you’re confident you can build, move fast, and deliver results, apply now! ⚡
