The role demands a high-performing individual with a background in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or operations within a high-growth, venture-backed startup, and a proven track record in driving outcomes.Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 5-8 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or deep tech environments.
