The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, serving as a force multiplier to ensure that the company's vision is executed with precision and that the leadership team operates with increased rigor, accountability, and alignment. Key responsibilities include leading the fundraising process, strategic execution, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO. The role demands a high-performing individual with a background in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or operations within a high-growth, venture-backed startup, and a proven track record in driving outcomes.Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 5-8 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or deep tech environments. The role requires a candidate who is unflappable in the face of startup volatility, a high-caliber diplomat, and someone with a competitive urgency to move at the speed of a company dedicated to saving lives. The ideal candidate will be a "Closer," obsessed with driving outcomes, and will have strong fluency with AI tools to increase operational leverage. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, but a proven track record of execution is the most important qualification.
