Role description Title: Devops Engineer Location: Irving, Tx (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Job Summary: Seeking a Specialist with 6+ years of experience in DevOps specializing in Git Ansible Kubernetes and OpenShift to design and manage containerized infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines Job Description: Design implement and maintain scalable containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes and OpenShift Manage source code and configuration using Git for version control Automate deployment configuration management and orchestration processes using Ansible Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance CICD pipelines and streamline application delivery Monitor system health and performance to ensure high availability and reliability of services Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards across the infrastructure Continuously improve infrastructure automation and deployment strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime Roles and Responsibilities: Build configure and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters for application deployment and scaling Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated provisioning and configuration management Manage Git repositories and branching strategies to support development workflows Containerize applications and manage their lifecycle within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments Implement infrastructure as code IaC practices to automate environment provisioning and updates Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices and tools Participate in incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve production issues Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to build team capability
