In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver on client's needs and continue to shape our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy. Work You'll Do Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, supporting digital transformation goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and priorities and recommend Salesforce customizations and configurations that drive efficiency and innovationTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned to Salesforce best practicesPartner with Salesforce architects and developers to design and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects that align with broader digital transformation effortsAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of Salesforce solutions with the organization's needs and serving as a trusted advisorSupport configuration, testing, and deployment activities including UAT planning and executionSupport business development activities including solutioning, level of effort estimates, and proposal developmentContribute to the growth of the AArete's Salesforce practice by refining and developing templates, accelerators, and delivery standardsOther duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Preferred Requirements Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator or Advanced Administrator Familiarity with custom application development within the Salesforce platform Understanding of data migration and integration techniques Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed Compensation & Benefits Flexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidays Own Your Day flexible work policy Competitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match Generous paid parental leave options Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Charitable contribution matching program New client commission opportunities and referral bonus program Bike share discount program The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors, including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
