Hostess/Busser

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Host/Busser to join our team and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the restaurant. *Duties* - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them in a timely manner - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Support servers by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and take our orders - Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service - Operate POS system for seating assignments and guest management *Experience* - Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or related field is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus - Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar systems is advantageous Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued, and you have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills within the hospitality industry.
