QC Inspector - Third Shift

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?Our Quality Inspectors play a critical role in ensuring our products meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer expectations. On 3rd shift, you'll be the key quality presence on the floor --making real time decisions, supporting production, and safeguarding compliance when leadership resources are limited.If you enjoy hands on work, problem solving, and being trusted to make quality calls independently, this role is for you.Perform in process and final inspections using dimensional and attribute measurement techniquesReview and release incoming raw materials and finished productIdentify, segregate, and document non-conforming materialVerify line clearance and compliance with work instructions and quality plansReview production records for completeness and accuracySupport product release, certifications, and documentation requirementsCoordinate and approve correction and containment actions for quality issuesSupport calibration and inspection equipment oversightPartner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to drive continuous improvementSupport ISO requirements, audits, and customer quality needs as requiredIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?High school diploma or equivalent required.Available to work Third Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM)2+ years of experience in Quality Inspection, QC, or QA in a manufacturing environmentAttention to DetailDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in inspections, testing, and documentation.Quickly identifies deviations and ensures proper follow through.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsEvaluates nonconformities using sound judgment and initiates corrective actions.Interprets data and measurement results to support quality decision-making.Technical Quality SkillsApplies knowledge of measurement tools, inspection methods, and relevant quality standards such as ISO or cGMP.A LITTLE MORE ABOUT USSaint-Gobain's innovations touch almost every major industry around the world.
