Quality Control InspectorLingo Staffing is now hiring for a Quality Control Inspector in Hartville, OH. Hours: 1st Shift: 7:30am- 4pm. 2nd Shift: 3:30pm12:00am. Days: MondayFriday. Pay: $14/hr + based on experience.We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors for a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment in Hartville, OH. QC Inspectors are responsible for performing first-piece inspections, monitoring in-process quality, completing documentation, auditing packaging, identifying defects, and ensuring all production meets LMT's established quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, communicating across shifts, and maintaining accuracy throughout the shift.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or similar environment (plastics preferred)High school diploma or GEDAbility to inspect parts visually and identify defects (splay, burns, shorts, contamination, flash, etc.)Ability to complete inspection paperwork, production sheets, and documentation accuratelyAble to use scales, gauges, check fixtures, and basic testing toolsAbility to read, compare, and verify first-piece samplesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsGood communication skills; able to communicate across shiftsMust be dependable and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be willing to comply with a national background checkPhysical Requirements:This position requires the ability to walk extended distances (approximately 2.5+ miles per day) and remain on your feet for the entire shift. Employees must be able to bend, twist, stand, stoop, and lift as part of daily duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.We are seeking candidates who have held the job titles of Quality Inspector, Quality Assurance Technician, Manufacturing Inspector, Production Inspector, or Assembly Quality Checker.
