Initiating and conducting the job functions as required while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. They will assist customers in a fast-paced environment with scheduling, reporting, pricing, coordination and completion of service and inspection work.Job ResponsibilitiesWork with new and existing customers to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.Complete the setup, scheduling, and collections of new jobs/projectsWork with Customers and Inner Office Staff to keep projects moving forwardConstant communication via phone with customersCoordinate different scopes of deficiencies with your customer and internal sales teamResponsible for data and budget entry as neededManage job billings and collectionsSubmit reports to AHJ's and cities as required per customerArrange and maintain various types of records including job filesAssist in completing special reporting and licensing requirements as required per customerComplete special projects as requiredAccomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFPOffer suggestions and solutions on improving efficiency of general office proceduresBuild bridges with customers to improve retention and open new doorsDevelop sales abilities to begin reaching new customersJob QualificationsExcellent communication skills required, both verbal and writtenBasic accounting, and 2 years' account management experience requiredScheduling experience requiredFire protection experience a plus (Alarm, Kitchen Hood, Sprinkler, Extinguisher)Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of business software applicationsPossess effective and good communication skills, both written and verbal, is vitalAble to function and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilities a plusPuts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude at all timesWilling to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background checkAll qualified applicants with Western States Fire Protection Company will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin or status as a qualified individual with a disability or protected veteran.VEVRAA Federal ContractorAccessibility: If you need help accessing this page, please contact:Phone: 1-877-252-2168Email:
