Basic Qualifications Technical and team leadership experience Experience with LO Materials Extensive process development experience in a production environment Active Top Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 6 yearsJob DescriptionYou will be the Materials & Processes Associate Manager for the Signature and Management & Survivability – LO Materials Organization which is responsible for...What You Will Be DoingAs the Materials & Processes Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the TFAB Materials Research Shop, ensuring resources and technical support align with enterprise needs.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDaily management of TFAB Material Research Shop taskings across all LM‑Aero sites and programs.Supply people, processes, tools, and technical support to meet TFAB Materials Research shop requirements.Collaborate with internal LM programs to develop TFAB material processes for current and future needs.Establish TFAB process development roadmaps, schedules, and cost data supporting IRAD and CRAD projects.Lead small teams in the fabrication of advanced TFAB development projects and forecast capital equipment needs.What’s In It For YouWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options.
