Position Overview: Start Date: Immediate opening for a locum tenens assignment with an ongoing duration until October 1, 2024. Schedule: Engage in call-only coverage, with an anticipated 12-16 night shifts per month (or 3-4 nights per week). The schedule is structured from Sunday to Thursday nights, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Setting: This in-house night call coverage position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system and welcomes multiple providers. Credentialing and Support: Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required, and the facility prefers eligible candidates. Active licensure in Washington is a must, and bids will only be considered from providers with an active WA license. While temporary privileges are not available, the credentialing timeframe is estimated to be 90 days. Support Staff and Call Details: Collaborate with a skilled team, including 6.45 RNs, 9 MAs, and additional office staff. As part of the in-house night call coverage, you'll play a vital role in patient care with a focus on managing deliveries and providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services. Specialty Skills and Details: Utilize your skills in a variety of obstetric and gynecologic procedures, including routine and complicated deliveries, surgeries, and office-based gynecologic procedures. Laser certification is considered a valuable asset.
