Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lash Extension Specialist based in Worcester, MA. The Lash Extension Specialist will be responsible for applying high-quality eyelash extensions while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Daily tasks include client consultations, maintaining sanitation standards, recommending aftercare routines, and offering additional beauty services or consultations when needed. The role also involves promoting company services and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the salon.QualificationsExpertise in lash extension application techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, and ensuring quality and precision.Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Strong client service and communication skills for providing personalized consultations and ensuring client satisfaction.Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician in Massachusetts (required).Previous experience in lash extensions or beauty services is highly preferred.A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for beauty and wellness.
