You can see some of our favorite projects here.Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.What You'll Get to DoAs a Strategic Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering full-scope solutions across OBE's industry-leading product portfolio.In this role, you will:Own and grow your assigned territory by maximizing Share of Wallet across glass, metal, and hardware product linesBuild and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth, retention, and margin improvementDevelop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers to capture more opportunitiesMaintain a strong field presence through customer visits, job walks, and solution-based sales discussionsConduct a high volume of meaningful customer interactions (targeting 20+ per week)Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM to ensure visibility and accountabilityPartner cross-functionally with operations, estimating, customer service, and project management teams to deliver seamless project executionCollaborate with technical sales experts on complex or specialty opportunitiesSupport projects from specification through order fulfillment, ensuring a complete and competitive solutionWhat We Are Looking ForWe're looking for driven, customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and are motivated by growth and results.Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within building materials, architectural products, glass, or metal systemsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage a high level of activity and prioritize effectively in a territory-based roleExperience using CRM systems and sales reporting toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel regularly, including overnight staysPreferred:Experience with architectural glass, glazing systems, storefront, curtain wall, or related productsFamiliarity with OBE brands such as CRL, Coral, or US AluminumExperience working in a multi-branch or matrixed organizationPosition Pay Range$80,000-$100,000 USDWhat OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you - industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance - PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work - A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining - We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeedOBE Privacy PolicyOBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
