Prep Cook/Server

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Prep Cook/Server with a passion for culinary to join our team at a private Pre-K through 12th-grade private school in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will include daily interaction with children and staff, so customer service skills and enthusiasm are a must! The role may also require transporting meals across campus. Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile. Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP). Assist in training new culinary Team Members. Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold. Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management. What you'll need: Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail. Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station. Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
