This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily facilities operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplaceManage relationships with external vendors, including maintenance, cleaning, and office servicesOversee office setup and breakdown for meetings, conferences, and internal eventsTrack and manage inventory of office and facilities suppliesSupport space planning and general office organizationHandle incoming requests related to facilities and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records, reports, and tracking using ExcelAssist with special projects and office initiatives as neededQualifications:3+ years of experience in facilities, office coordination, or administrative supportExperience working with vendors and service providersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office toolsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor with a hands-on approach
