Sungrow North America is known for its commitment to innovation, high-quality standards, and exceptional customer service, aiming to provide sustainable and reliable energy solutions to meet the growing demand for clean power.The Position:Purpose and Essential Functions: General engineering support to US and China based applications engineering teams, the US based service team and the US based sales teamEngineering:Assist the application notes developmentAssist the knowledge base constructionAssist the documentation platform constructionUnderstand and help to improve documentation, drawings, and marketing materialsObserve sales/engineering meetings for educational purposes.Various other day to day responsibilitiesService:Develop technical documents and/or reports at the direction of the serviceAnalyze field failure data for patterns or common failure modesVarious other day to day responsibilitiesAssist the SOP development for training centerAssist the SOP development for repair centerCoordinate HQ TravelersPosition Requirements:Must be EE or related MajorsMust possess desire to learn and grow in knowledge of the renewable energy industry and companyMust be willing to commit to company's visionMust be flexible and able to quickly grasp and apply new information and/or conceptsMust possess excellent and professional communication skillsMust be able to receive information and/or feedback from a wide variety of peopleMust be a team playerMust be able to multi-taskEducation:Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or universityType:InternshipLength:2-3 months, will be extended based upon performanceFor candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base pay for this role is $25.00 per hour. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
