This is a specialized position where the primary focus is the creation of captivating packaging artwork, labels, and promotional materials. The successful candidate will ensure that products not only reflect the brand's core values but also resonate deeply with consumers on retail shelves. This is a high-impact role for a designer who understands the intersection of food marketing and structural packaging design.Key Responsibilities Packaging & Visual IdentityCreates visually appealing packaging designs and 3D mock-ups for a variety of snack products.Integrates brand identity, current market trends, and consumer psychological preferences into every design.Develops precise labels and assets that adhere to retail standards and technical requirements.Maintains a competitive edge by staying updated on emerging technologies and cutting-edge design techniques within the food industry.Collaboration & IterationCollaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to ensure absolute brand consistency.Iterates on designs based on direct feedback, market research data, and performance metrics to continuously improve shelf presence.Manages multiple project deadlines independently, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time for production.Strategic DesignApplies a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to guide consumer purchasing behavior.Translates complex brand narratives into simple, impactful visual elements.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the food or retail industry.Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).Packaging Expertise: Solid understanding of packaging-specific principles, including die lines, print specifications, and material constraints.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be able to work effectively and autonomously in a remote team environment.Attributes: Creative thinker with extreme attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful consumer goods.Preferred QualificationsExperience with 3D rendering software and advanced mockup design tools.Previous experience working with US-based retail brands.Benefits Competitive Salary: Stable monthly pay in USD.Paid Time Off: 14 days of PTO per year.Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Latin America with a schedule that focuses on outcomes and deadlines rather than micromanagement.Creative Impact: The opportunity to see your designs on retail shelves and directly influence the growth of a snack food brand.
