TheHR Benefits Administratorwill primarily focus on benefits administration, employee support, and general HR coordination. This role requires someone who can quickly learn systems, navigate multiple vendors, and confidently communicate with employees.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questionsSupport administration of medical, dental, vision, and other benefit programsAssist with leave administration including FMLA, state leave, and disability coordinationNavigate multiple vendor systems to research and resolve employee inquiriesTrack employee leave timelines and assist with return-to-work coordinationSupport workers’ compensation reporting and documentationAssist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding support and internal processesHelp facilitate programs such as tuition reimbursementMaintain accurate records and documentation across HR systemsQualifications3–5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administrationStrong understanding of employment law, benefits, and leave policiesExperience working with multiple benefit vendors and systemsFamiliarity with HRIS platforms (experience with systems like Paylocity or similar is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWork EnvironmentOn-site role with a collaborative and team-oriented cultureBusiness casual dress codeFlexible part-time schedule (3–5 days per week depending on availability)Opportunity for hours to increase based on workloadIdeal Candidate
