Bar Manager (Working Manager / Lead Bartender Level)

Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (including tips) 4-day work week after training No closing shift followed by an early shift. Ever. What this role actually is This is a hands-on working manager position, not a traditional management-only role. Managers work full bartending shifts while leading the team. You are on the floor, in the action, setting the tone, and running the shift. What you’ll be doing Opening and closing the pub Leading the shift while bartending and working alongside the team Overseeing atmosphere: music, lighting, temperature, TVs Supervising bar staff, kitchen staff, and door staff Handling customer issues and maintaining service standards Tracking sales and payroll Managing inventory and placing orders Addressing maintenance or operational issues during shifts What we offer $70k–$80k per year, including tips 4-day work week after training. Training schedule is no more than 5 days per week No close followed by an early shift. Ever.
