Profile: Interested and knowledgeable about product, fashion trends, and competitors in the local retail market. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze business opportunities and implement strategic actions. Capable of leading and developing teams while maintaining a customer-focused environment. Responsible for the overall performance and image of their department. Able to adapt commercial strategies according to customer behavior and store needs. Organized, analytical, and proactive in decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Control stock and manage the department to achieve sales targets. Review new arrivals, assign product placement, and manage store/warehouse rotations. Maintain a global vision of the business and collaborate with store leaders to ensure a unified customer image. Supervise product replenishment and ensure product availability on the sales floor. Ensure the store maintains company image standards through merchandising, layout, furniture, mannequins, tables, walls, and window displays. Analyze products, competition, stock limitations, and market trends to implement commercial actions that improve results. Execute commercial strategies established by the company. Perform commercial analysis using retail tools, Business Map, product reports, and communication platforms. Organize and supervise front-end operations including fitting rooms, checkout, size collection, and online order pickups to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Ensure customer experience standards are achieved and resolve incidents effectively. Take responsibility for minimizing shrinkage and supporting loss prevention initiatives. Implement action plans according to business and store needs. Collaborate with Visual Commercial and store leadership to maximize sales impact and maintain brand standards. People: Organize and lead the team within the department to maximize commercial potential and productivity. Continuously train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, commercial strategy, and company standards. Ensure mandatory trainings are completed, including onboarding and position-specific development. Identify talent and support recruitment and development opportunities within the team. Provide continuous feedback, recognition, and coaching to support employee growth. Maintain effective communication with managers, specialists, experts, and the store team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. Promote safe work practices and awareness of risks affecting employees and customers. Lead by example to motivate and inspire the team. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a management role within the fashion retail sector. Strong team leadership and people management skills. Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable communicating ideas, feedback, and commercial strategies daily. Customer service oriented. Numeric and analytical skills. Flexible and open availability. Passion for fashion and product. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Annual compensation range:$70,000 - $90,000 + discretionary bonus*Massimo Dutti USA, Inc., in good faith, believes that this posted rate of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting.
