We're looking for a few more of the right people.This role works for two kinds of people.If you're an experienced roofer or restoration rep, you already know the trade. We give you a sharper operating system to run it on, a supplement team that maximizes the value of every claim, and a position where you're the homeowner's advocate, not a door to door pitchman.If you're new to the industry but you've competed and won somewhere, whether in sports, the military, or anywhere the work was hard and measured, we'll teach you the craft. Drone based thermal inspections, the full claims process, and elite sales training. We've built the path. You bring the work ethic.What we actually provide:A real operating system with CRM, lead generation, field tools, and a dedicated supplement team working behind every rep so you spend your time selling, not chasing paperwork. It's outdoor, field based work that rewards consistency and grit over talk. We're looking for people with a strong mindset, coachability, and the drive to get better, at this job and in life. The people who thrive here treat personal growth as the point, not a perk.The income, honestly:A rep who shows up and does the work realistically earns $150,000 in year one.
