About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Central DFW, TX. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the gutter industry and help homeowners protect their homes. ResponsibilitiesLeads are generated through company marketing and networking and self generated leads Educate customers on the benefits of our gutter services and products Prepare and present proposals to potential customers Create and send custom orders if needed Close sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service RequirementsPrior experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic CompensationBase $500 + $50 Car Stipend = $550 Weekly 5% Commission on all sales 1.5% bonus if monthly goal is met Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year The Brothers that just do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more.
