Full Stack Specialist (Python / Agentic AI)

Job SummaryFully onsite McLean VAlocation: McLean, Virginiajob type: Contractsalary: $90 - 110 per hourwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities End-to-end software development: including analysis, design, development, automatedtesting, deployment, and maintenance using industry best practices and securitystandards. Performance optimization: analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, andimplement solutions to enhance application efficiency and scalability. Collaborative solution delivery: partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements,leverage proof-of-concepts for technical decisions, and implement solutions with cross-functional teams. Production support and maintenance: support applications you build across environments,resolve critical issues, and fulfill ad hoc requests to ensure seamless business operations.Qualifications7+ years of development experience, strong Python expertise, and atleast 1+ year of AI experience, including building AI agents and working in agentic AI developmentenvironments. Required experience with AWD, Docker, LLMs, Rest APIs, and SQL.
