Digital Media Training and Development LeadBethesda MD, RemoteMUST :Eligible for Public Trust6+ years of Digital Media development experience2+ years of experience leading, training and coaching teams of 2+ peopleStrong knowledge and experience in designing, creating, and publishing videos on YouTube and other media platformsUnderstanding of Adult learning theoryExperience with E-Learning creation and maintenance is a mustStrong experience with HTML5 and SCORM developmentsExperience conducting ADDIE appraisals is a plusCurrent Adobe products such as Acrobat Pro, Captivate, Photoshop, Premiere, etcCurrent Microsoft Office products including MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skillsAbile to work well with all levels of team members and clientsAbility to travel (up to 20%) DUTIES : The ideal candidate will help create, maintain, and deliver specialized courses and learning tools to both external clients and internal staff with the intention of disseminating knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks while capitalizing on digital platforms such as Learning Management Software, YouTube, SharePoint, and media platformsLeads a team of 2-3 training and development specialistsEnsure 508 compliance in the majority of produced trainingsHave an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packagesResearch new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this researchCreate, edit, and enhance graphics within multiple formats to obtain images that work within branding guidelines and work with Adult Learning TheoryCreate, edit, and enhance graphics within multiple formats to obtain images that work within branding guidelines and work with Adult Learning TheoryIndependently research and obtain needed job information without the need of formal step-by-step training on all required topicsDesign and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organizationObtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of mediaWork in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant partiesDetermine the needs of end users of technical documentationBe an expert in classroom and virtual classroom instructionWork with technical, legal and SME staff to make products more effective to use and thus need fewer instructionsOrganize and write supporting documents for productsStandardize content across platforms and mediaConduct ADDIE appraisalsEnsure that statutory training requirements are metEvaluate training and development programsAssist managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
