Registered eLearning Consultant
Focusing on eLearning and curriculum design, the full-time Registered eLearning Consultant will manage training assignments, develop blended learning programs, and enhance organizational readiness through innovative training strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and evaluate training plans and programs to meet departmental objectives
Create and maintain training materials and resources for synchronous and asynchronous learning
Analyze training metrics to assess program effectiveness and address training gaps
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree)
3-5+ years of experience in training curriculum development and blended learning content creation
Proficiency with eLearning software such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Adobe products
Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training requirements
Knowledge of adult learning trends and the ability to implement them in training solutions
