You will design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications, focusing on secure, scalable, and compliant software solutions.The role involves supporting system integration, data conversions, reporting, and PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and system architecture, with a proven ability to deliver in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PeopleSoft HCM components including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancementsLead the technical solution design and implementation through the full lifecycle of PeopleSoft projectsCreate and maintain functional and technical design documentationPerform unit testing, issue resolution, and system integration testingTranslate business challenges into effective technical solutionsDevelop and execute complex SQL queries and custom modulesConduct vulnerability research and penetration testing for secure application designCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, patches, and enhancementsEnsure compliance with software standards and secure coding practicesRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical disciplineMinimum 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experienceAt least 10 years of total technical experience in large-scale system design and production supportHands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or higherProficient in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Application DesignerExperience in writing technical design documents and test plansStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databasesAbility to work in Agile or IPT (Integrated Product Team) environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsActive DoD Secret clearance (Required)Desired QualificationsExperience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2Past participation in large-scale ERP implementations within federal or defense environmentsDemonstrated experience in customer-focused, collaborative technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Portal Technology and Workflow integrationCore BenefitsPaid Time Off: 10 Paid days off & 5 Floating days offHolidays: 11 Paid Holidays (flex time can be utilized instead of holiday time usage)Payroll: Paid Bi-Monthly401(k): Partnered with the second largest retirement plan provider in the U.S. Guaranteed 3% match.
