Duration: 12 - Month Contract with Possible Extension Job Description: Responsibilities: Answer telephone call inquiries. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center. To issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.
