Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewisville, NC primarly focused on projects in and around Winston Salem. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate and supervise all construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising teams, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and a strong understanding of Construction process through hands on past experience. Excellent Organization Skills and proficiency in managing Budgeted tasks.Experience in Project Management, ensuring on-time and cost-effective project deliveryStrong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interactionExperience with construction management software and tools is a plusUnderstanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety complianceA degree in construction management or a related field is not required but would be a plus.
