It is important to us to keep researching the field, monitor, process and check in order to produce effective results.We are looking for an AI & Citizen Development Builder to join our team and take part in designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI and automation solutions from end to end.This role combines AI, development, and technological innovation, from understanding business needs through hands-on implementation. The position includes working with AWS, Google Workspace, and advanced AI Coding tools, developing integrations and automations, guiding users, and implementing technological solutions across the organization.Requirements:Relevant education – required2+ years of experience in Web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and/or development experience with Python or other programming languages – requiredHands-on experience with AI Coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, including developing applications and automations – requiredExperience working with AWS and familiarity with services such as IAM, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway – requiredExperience working with Google Workspace, including development with Google Apps Script and APIs – requiredExperience in prompt engineering, working with LLMs, and connecting models to data sources using RAG and Knowledge Bases – requiredProven ability to lead end-to-end technological processes and work effectively with multiple stakeholders – requiredStrong self-learning capabilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to guide and train users – requiredExperience with additional AI Coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, or ChatGPT Code Interpreter – an advantageExperience leading digital initiatives or technology transformation projects – an advantageExperience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n – an advantageExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker – an advantageExperience delivering training or facilitating technology workshops – an advantageFamiliarity with public-sector workflows and processes – an advantageDon't miss out on this amazing opportunity to grow, innovate, and succeed with us!
