The office operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.Role Overview:Core Desktop Development: Architecting and developing high-performance desktop applications using C# and .NET, with a primary focus on complex WPF interfaces.Simulation Engineering: Building the front-end and logic layers for sophisticated simulation systems, ensuring high responsiveness and real-time data visualization.Data Management: Designing and optimizing interactions with SQL Server to manage large datasets required for training scenarios and performance analytics.Service Integration: Implementing and maintaining REST APIs to ensure seamless communication between the simulation platform and external services or hardware.Collaborative Design: Partnering with system architects and defense subject matter experts to translate operational requirements into elegant technical solutions.Requirements:6+ years of professional experience in .NET Development – Mandatory.WPF Mastery: 3+ years of specialized experience in WPF (XAML, MVVM) for complex UI/UX – Mandatory.Database Expertise: Proven experience working with SQL Server – Mandatory.Web Services: Solid hands-on experience with REST API integration – Mandatory.Strong analytical skills and experience in large-scale software architectures.
