AVP/Officer, Human Resources GeneralistPrestigious International Financial Firm is seeking an AVP/Officer to maintain alignment of HR policies and procedures with business unit goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR programs which support corporate objectives and work to create a team environment and an operationally efficient HR unit by effectively communicating with all staff within HR and peer Units. Responsibilities: Coordinate with HR shared services Oversee full-life cycle recruitment for respective business units Advise management on compensation and employee relations matters Manage benefit programs, payroll, and on/off-boarding. Conduct training, and oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives Processing of all immigration related documents for business units Coordinate management training for HR risk & legal awareness Participate in drafting and maintenance of various policies and procedures within the department Requirements: 3-5 years experience recruitment and employee relations in Banking/Capital Markets Bachelor's degree Strong knowledge of federal, state and local labor/employment law. Experience in cross-cultural environment desirable. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
