Job DescriptionCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment logistics. Provide administrative support across key HR functions. Assist with onboarding processes including paperwork collection, system entry, and orientation scheduling. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS systems. Support reporting, compliance tracking, and employee documentation. Help facilitate HR initiatives, training sessions, and department-wide projects. Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates.

The Successful Applicant1-2 years of HR coordination or administrative experience. Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS familiarity preferred. Professional, discreet, and team-focused approach.
