Join a winning team today at del Lago Resort & CasinoJob SummaryThe Scheduling Clerk provides schedules for all team members, following the direction of the Sr. Director of Gaming Operations and Casino Shift Managers as well as support from other department leaders.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all-inclusive:Required to know and deliver the company core valuesCompletes schedules for all DepartmentsPosts all schedules electronically and on bulletin boards in designated department areasAccepts requests for paid and unpaid time off, shift start changes and submits for approval to managementRequired to track and report shift bidsCompletes Daily Payroll review and adjustmentsProvides old world hospitality with charm to internal and external guestsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills And AbilitiesIn addition to the other duties described herein, every Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:Attend required training sessions offered by the casinoObtain required license(s)Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulationsResponsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobaccoKnowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's departmentKnowledge of the property's programs to address problem gamblingConsult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal ControlsResponsible for taking the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of managementReports any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any Team Member that they have knowledge ofDel Lago provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
