Job Description We are seeking an experienced Tig Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will perform precise TIG welding operations on various metal fabrication projects, working closely within a small team of 2-5 members. This role requires expertise in metal preparation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to welding safety standards, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding operations on manufacturing projects using standard TIG welding machinesPrepare metal components for welding, ensuring clean and accurate surfacesMaintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and metal fabrication toolsComply with all safety regulations and welding safety standardsRead and interpret blueprints to accurately follow welding specificationsConduct weld testing to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements Preferred Qualifications6+ years of experience in welding with a focus on TIG weldingStrong skills in metal fabrication and blueprint interpretationFamiliarity with welding safety standards and equipment maintenanceExceptional attention to detail
