Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital is seeking either an experienced Managing Veterinarian or an experienced Associate DVM interested in stepping into a leadership role with structured support and mentorship.
Whether you are already leading a hospital or are a strong clinician ready to grow into a Medical Director role, this position is designed to meet you where you are—providing leadership transition support, training, and operational partnership so you can succeed long term.About Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital

As Managing Veterinarian, you will:Provide medical leadership and oversee case managementMentor and develop associate DVMs and support staffEstablish medical protocols and uphold quality standardsPartner closely with the Hospital Manager on operations, financial performance, and complianceFoster strong client relationships and community engagementBuild a positive, collaborative, and sustainable workplaceFor Associate DVMs stepping into leadership, responsibilities will scale with training and support.Our Culture
