In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.OverviewThe Changeover Crew is an on call, per event employee who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Flint River Entertainment Complex Venues by performing various cleaning duties within the seating area, concourse, restrooms, and locker rooms for various events.This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 17, 2026.ResponsibilitiesFUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure.Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers.Use and maintain assigned equipment and hand toolsOther duties as assigned by supervisorQualificationsReliable transportation and working contact information are required to work at the Flint River Entertainment Complex.Must be a team player and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.Must be able to lift 40lbs or more on a regular basis.Must be able to stand, walk and bend on a continuous basis.Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are generally evening/overnight and could range from 4 hours to 12 hours.Must be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective.Must be 18 years of age or older
