Carpenter Foreman (Commercial Construction)We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects in the Bend, OR area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong carpentry background who can manage job site operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial properties and be comfortable coordinating crews, schedules, and daily site activities. Experience with storage facility construction is a strong plus.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and laborers on-sitePerform and oversee all phases of carpentry workRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsCoordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on scheduleMaintain a safe, clean, and organized job siteCommunicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsEnsure quality control and adherence to project standards
