Qualtrics Project manager Remote Contract Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Experience using Qualtrics (XM Discover, XM Engage) and Qualtrics Platform. Hands on Experience on Customer Insight, Customer Experience (CX) Implement project management methodologies such as Agile and PMBOK to enhance productivity. Manage IT governance and infrastructure requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Negotiate with vendors and team members to secure necessary resources for project success. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project-related activities for future reference.
