Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Team Project Manager to support a State government customer in performing mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. They will be part of a business process re-engineering team comprised of process analysts, developers, testers, Agilists and tech writers seeking to re-envision the customer's current implementation of MS Dynamics 365. In this role, they will serve as the Project Manager ensuring customer goals are being met, managing day to day team activity, customer communication, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and other PM related functions as necessary. This is a remote position with on demand travel to client location in Atlanta, GA. Roles and Responsibilities: Work with a team of CRM Dynamics 365 Leads, engineers, business analysts, testers, and tech writers, reporting directly to you Provide active, hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines, commitments, deliverables, and contractual tasks are met Identify areas of improvement for the various team processes, facilitate discussions that lead to solutions, and see them through to completion. Coordinate with Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Leads to ensure objectives for day-to-day tasks and projects are resourced appropriately. Be a point of escalation for our customers and staff, helping to remove obstacles and provide/find solutions when needed. Function as a liaison to the customer and functional Leads across the program. Directly interface with end-users, stakeholders, and process owners, helping to document desired business outcomes, matching proposed solutions, and verifying that project objectives are fulfilled. Manage the team’s output, foster improvement, guide and teach methodology, influence pride and quality of work. Be proactive; think like a customer. Provide regular and timely updates to customers and management. Required Skills: Proven experience leading a CRM Dynamics 365 team in a supervisory, lead, or managerial capacity Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business 7+ Years of Project Management experience 10+ Years of total IT experience 3+ Years of experience with the Dynamics 365 platform Ability to interface with team members at all levels, including business operations, technology, and upper management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please submit your resume in word format.
