General Clerk I
This role performs services as they relate to document conversion, document destruction, records management and storage and mailroom functions. This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence. Essential Job Functions: Perform document scanning and related processing tasks. Transfer files in and out and manage physical interfiling activities. Perform basic computer-based tasks. Enter data and update reports and databases as needed. Answer and document incoming phone requests when required. Process requests for file retrieval and distribution. Load and unload boxes of files from trucks, shelving, and storage areas. Conduct batch audits and electronic file merging activities. Meet and maintain established production and quality standards.
