We provide municipal, emergency, and specialty services that include open-cut pipelaying, pipe bursting, manhole construction/rehabilitation, CCTV, and Hydro Excavation.Over the last 40 years, we’ve prioritized creating a work environment that values safety, operational excellence, integrity, promoting from within, investing in employee development, and exceeding customer expectations.Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs a Receptionist/Admin Assistant with us, your responsibilities will be focused within the following key areas{{:}}Administrative SupportAssist with the set-up of company meetings, trainings, classes, lunches, parties, etcSchedule and maintain hotel reservations for out-of-town jobsMaintain, order and issue radios to employeesAssist with maintaining the Employee Training spreadsheet, Employee Signature report, as well as other reports as neededCreate job locate tickets via 811 and maintain company locate logbookAssist with writing letters/memos, completing forms, creating spreadsheets, etcScan, file, and laminate documentsOffice SupportHandle incoming main office phone calls and redirects as neededPrepare and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, faxes, etcManage monthly employee birthday card distributionEnsure proper cleanliness of meeting/training rooms and the kitchenMonitor, order, and ensure office and kitchen supplies are sufficiently stocked at all timeQualificationsAbility to pass pre-employment/random drug screening(s)Positive/people-person with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelBilingual a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracyAbility to maintain confidential informationAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
