Downtown NYC tech-recruiting agency is searching for an Contract Recruiter. This position will be Long Term Contract . Must have at least one year experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter in either the IT or Banking Arena. Not just sourcing the candidate but managing the whole recruiting process This is a Hybrid Schedule working in the office Monday, Thursday and Friday. Remote Tuesday and Wednesday.Responsibilities include: Identifying, screening and phone interviewing prospective candidates as well as assisting account manager in arranging interviews and extending offers of employment. Looking for people who we can eventually assist our account managers with client facing duties.Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree from a top College or University.Experience working with ATS Systems for example like Bullhorn or Job Diva or something relevantRecruiting Experience preferably in Finance, Law or IT-Proficiency with Microsoft Office-Excellent communication skills-Interest and desire to be in HR/Recruiting-Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environmentThis position pays between $28 to $30 an hour depending on experience.
